Customer Service

Our customer service staff are responsible for helping people find the perfect plants to fit their needs. If you’re friendly and outgoing and you love talking about plants and want to learn more about how to care for your houseplants, this is a great position! We’re basically matchmakers between plants and people.

Workshop Instructor

We are seeking a few new folks to help us teach people all about succulents! Our popular workshops are going to start up again now that we’re moving towards a post-Covid world, and we need people who can train to become workshop instructors and event hosts for our Terrarium Bar events. Workshop instructors, once trained, are responsible for preparing for and teaching botanical workshops throughout the Bay Area. Depending on the size of the event, you will either work independently or with another instructor to lead groups ranging from 6-50 students, or to do our Terrarium Bar events for groups up to 500 people. This is a fun, creative job and is perfect for someone who loves to get up in front of a room and get people excited about plants! You must be comfortable with public speaking for this role.

You may be required to drive up 75 miles from Sonoma County, so you must have your own fully insured vehicle and a driver’s license for this position. Compensation is hourly and includes your travel time; reimbursements for mileage and tolls are also included.
